OK, so this one isn't really funny. It is pretty clear that he means that the public schools of Texas fared well under his governership. If anybody else had said this, nobody would have even remarked upon it. This is a pretty unfunny one, but I have vowed to post the daily calendar entry, so here it is. Tomorrow's is much, much funnier!
